Consent to keeping and processing personal details according to Act Nr. 18/2018 Coll. and Directive (EU) 2016/679

Under Act Nr. 18/2018 Coll., the Personal Data Protection Act, and the European Parliament and Council (EU) Act Nr. 2016/679 of 27. April 2016 on the protection of natural persons during the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data, which abolishes the guideline 95/46/EC on personal data protection, I freely give the operator ZenithPeople Consulting spol. s r. o. , Kutuzovova 3, 831 03 Bratislava, IČO: 46 812 229, my consent to the management, processing and storing of my personal data given in my CV and cover letter as well as in other attachments related to job seeking, which I have given to the above company within the internet computer network, for the purpose of inclusion in a database of job seekers for the purpose of finding a suitable employment. The processing of personal details shall involve no case of cross-border transfer to third countries. The consent may be revoked at any point, otherwise the consent shall cease within 5 years of the day of giving it.
